Tacoma Executive Director
Bobby gave his life to Christ through Campus Life in Poulsbo, Washington as a junior in high school. During his college years at the University of Washington (Go Huskies!) he volunteered with Young Life at Mercer Island High School. Bobby started his career with Youth for Christ in 1991 in Northwest Montana as the Ministry Coordinator and then Executive Director of Flathead Valley YFC. In 1997 he transferred to the PNW regional office in Lakewood as a Regional Field Associate, starting YFC in small towns around the Northwest and also leading a Campus Life club impacting students at Clover Park and Lakes high schools.
Bobby has been our Executive Director since 2003. He is responsible for guiding the vision of TYFC, development/stewardship, community relations and the Board of Directors.
When not leading Tacoma YFC he loves to golf, play tennis and pickle-ball and read great fiction books. He keeps busy chasing his three daughters, Kelsey, Lauren and Elise (the two youngest are twins!) and keeping his wife, Jenelle, sane.
